Episode 100 is the end of The Blood Gulch Chronicles. Despite Gus incorrectly calling it the end of Red vs. Blue, the official word is that it's the end of TBGC, and has been careful to not call it the end of Red vs. Blue, much in the same way Bungie is calling Halo 3 the end of this story arc, not the end of Halo.

That's not really relevant to the intention of those comments. People ask if it's the end of the Halo series, meaning the game. Bungie then replies with the aforementioned comments. Halo Wars and the movie, which is currently postponed indefinitely, are not part of the Halo game series.

Yeah, they're going to continue the series...it's way too popular for them to just suddenly drop, with Halo 3 being released. The second version of Ep. 100 also sets it up perfectly, with them in the game lobby, all saying "NEW MAP!"
