i dont think you can get one, its built into windows. get win2k, its fairly cheap and the best OS ever.

for infinite ammo, setting the rounds per shot will void the damadge, and firing at something without it moving or dying is probably not what you want. instead, set the ammo capacity to 10000, halo automatically changes it to infinite.

Did I just hear win2k as being the best OS ever? Hardly... I'll not say which is the best though.

As for hex calculator, simply go into Applications->Calculator, open it. Then hit cmd-3 to set it to hex calculator mode.
