go into the warthog vehi tag in HHT and swap it's phys to that of a hog, then extract it's tire models, turn them into treads, and reinject. I fyou cant move, try opening the vehi hog tag in HMT and changing it's type to tank... mess around with that

Lol, i changed the thing for the vehi tag for the warthog to "tank/scorpion" or whatever it was. and that stopped the spinning, but now the hog cant turn :/
