Um.. if it has the copyright still on it I think it's ok...

People know where it came from.. all he has to do is put "rendered by:" in front of his little tag thing and it should be fine. Then he's not claiming it as his own

For me its not the copyright; it's more the fact to cut out a "dirty" render :roll:
