HALO MAP TOOLS... what am I doing wrong?

i never even changed the ROF

also... what does the "magnetism" setting do? and since it's not a whole number, I'm assuming the changes would have to be minimal, right?

tats not true just cause a number is small doesnt mean its a very minimal change

i meant the changes made would have to be minimal to keep it stable, i didn't mean that the end result would be minimal.

sorry 4 the confusion

every setting i change seems to make halo crash. either as soon as i enter a server, or when i walk over the weapon i modded, i get the "gathering exception data" dialog box. is this becase my map doesn't match the server's map??

i want to mod the map for when i host my own servers, but i also want it to work fine on other servers as well, because it s a pain in the arse to change maps all the time.

Make sure you are closing the map file afterward and not editing anything else with that mod for the time.
