Ads in MP levels?

General discussion about Halo for the Xbox and PC.

Seeing Ads in MP levels would be....

Awesome!

Really? Ads in Halo?

I'm not flaming you or something, but I don't see ads in Halo.

Most of the games I've played don't have any ads. I haven't seen a single ad in any strategy game or RPG.

Where have you seen ads in games (except for racing and sport games and those games chrisrice mentioned)? I'm just curious.

BTW if ads become more annoying the games modding community would grow to be at least twice as large.

Maaaybe. One would be that the symbol on the PoA is the symbol for marathon (a game by bungie --i think--). So taht might calssify as advertising. Someone finds out the symbol is from anothe game, by the same company who made Halo. So they buy it.

They are subtle, thats why it's called product placement and not advertising...
