Model question (/w pics)

What do i export these as? Where do i put em? I gotta know how i can switch these with the current models (of MC's machine gun, pistol etc..).

Also, is there any easy way of doing animation?
BTW: How can i change barrel flashes, sounds etc..?

PS: These are for my own purposes. I didn't make them, i got them off one of those free model websites. I just want to make sure i know what i'm doing before i go wildly into detail and create some of my own models. So theres no point in rating them, i really just need help.
