video card
video card
well i have a windows xp and ppl say it doesnt have a video card (wich i dont know weer it goes) but is that true and tell me were to get a good video card for a low price
if u are going to upgrade your video card I say get nothin under a 9600, really nothing under that is worth getting for an upgrade, unless ur video card just cant play anything at all then maybe but it REALLY is worth it just waiting and saving until u get enough for somthing 9600 and up id suggest 9800 pro and up really but u can get away witha 9600. like u can get a 128 mb 128 bit 9800pro for like 160 and the 256 bit one for 210 they are not expensive any more might as well save up and not waste your money on a crappy 9000.
i think ill get one of those the ones u said but the do show the decals shadow and the other thing and they do show mc color.P.S. thank you guysBeastman wrote:if u are going to upgrade your video card I say get nothin under a 9600, really nothing under that is worth getting for an upgrade, unless ur video card just cant play anything at all then maybe but it REALLY is worth it just waiting and saving until u get enough for somthing 9600 and up id suggest 9800 pro and up really but u can get away witha 9600. like u can get a 128 mb 128 bit 9800pro for like 160 and the 256 bit one for 210 they are not expensive any more might as well save up and not waste your money on a crappy 9000.
the x800xt and the 6800 ultra are the two best cards for gaming the x800 has like 1 percent better results then the 6800 but basically they are the same, they are 500 dollars but a 9800 pro can get down to 150-160 for teh 128mb 128 bit, never get an se version of anything. i suggest the 9800pro 128 mb 256 bit. its like 210 i think.
Ill take the 9880 pro for 150-160.Beastman wrote:the x800xt and the 6800 ultra are the two best cards for gaming the x800 has like 1 percent better results then the 6800 but basically they are the same, they are 500 dollars but a 9800 pro can get down to 150-160 for teh 128mb 128 bit, never get an se version of anything. i suggest the 9800pro 128 mb 256 bit. its like 210 i think.

9600 and back to normal thank you guys
sorry to tell u but the 5200=biggest n00b card ever. Its nvidias card that they sucker all the people who dont know what they are doing in. You could get a ti4200 for less and get better preformance. Most benches show amazingly bad cards like an ati 7500 out preforming it. Sorry to say but you got a crap card. 9100 is not a good card either, if someone is going to get an upgrade dont go the cheap way out, just save up some money it doesnt take that long, if its a couple more months you have to wait then trust me its worth it. Get a 9600 and up I personally would say 9800 pro 128mb 128 bit and up but a 9600 and up will do for awhile.
