adding seats/weapon firemodes
u know what? i think i found a tutorial for that a long time ago. it isn't mine but i can't remember who did it either. anyway here it is
1. Batch Extract Blood Gulch Into A Folder On Your Desktop Selecting Meta
2. Begin By Going To "vehicles\banshee"
3. Find "mp_banshee fuel rod.proj.xml" and "mp_banshee fuel rod.proj.meta" and copy it
4. Paste it into "vehicles\ghost" and rename them to "mp_ghost fuel rod.proj.xml" and "mp_ghost fuel rod.proj.meta"
5. Open the Xml File and Rename "<Filename>vehicles\banshee\mp_banshee fuel rod</Filename>" to "<Filename>vehicles\ghost\mp_ghost fuel rod</Filename>"
6. Now go back to vehicles\banshee and find "mp_banshee gun.weap.xml" and "mp_banshee gun.weap.meta" and copy them
7. Now go to vehicles\ghost and paste those 2 files there and rename "mp_banshee gun.weap.xml" to "mp_ghost gun.weap.xml"
8. Now rename "mp_banshee gun.weap.meta" to "mp_ghost gun.weap.meta"
9. Now open the Xml File and rename "<Filename>vehicles\banshee\mp_banshee gun</Filename>" to "<Filename>vehicles\ghost\mp_ghost gun</Filename>"
10. Now we must change all the Dependencies - Rename "<Filename>vehicles\banshee\banshee gun</Filename>" to "<Filename>vehicles\ghost\ghost gun</Filename>"
11. Rename "<Filename>vehicles\banshee\banshee bolt</Filename>" to "<Filename>vehicles\ghost\ghost bolt</Filename>"
12. Rename "<Filename>vehicles\banshee\mp_banshee fuel rod</Filename>" to "<Filename>vehicles\ghost\mp_ghost fuel rod</Filename>"
13. Rename "<Filename>vehicles\banshee\banshee gun fire beam</Filename>" to "<Filename>vehicles\ghost\ghost gun fire beam</Filename>"
14. Rename "<Filename>vehicles\banshee\trigger</Filename>" to "<Filename>vehicles\ghost\trigger</Filename>"
15. Rename "<Filename>vehicles\banshee\banshee fuel rod fire</Filename>" to "<Filename>vehicles\ghost\ghost fuel rod fire</Filename>"
16. Rename "<Filename>vehicles\banshee\fuel rod trigger</Filename>" to "<Filename>vehicles\ghost\fuel rod trigger</Filename>"
17. Now go back to "vehicles\banshee" and find "fuel rod trigger.jpt!.meta" and "fuel rod trigger.jpt!.xml"
18. Copy them and paste them into "vehicles\ghost" and open the Xml File
19. Change "<Filename>vehicles\banshee\fuel rod trigger</Filename>" to "<Filename>vehicles\ghost\fuel rod trigger</Filename>"
20. Now go to "vehicles\banshee" and find "banshee fuel rod fire.effe.xml" and "banshee fuel rod fire.effe.meta"
21. Copy them and paste them into "vehicles\ghost"
22. Rename them to "ghost fuel rod fire.effe.xml" and "ghost fuel rod fire.effe.meta"
23. Open the Xml File and rename "<Filename>vehicles\banshee\banshee fuel rod fire</Filename>" to "<Filename>vehicles\ghost\ghost fuel rod fire</Filename>"
24. Save All The Files
25. Rebuild Blood Gulch and under Additional Files Add All 4 Of The New Files ( fuel rod trigger.jpt!.meta - ghost fuel rod fire.effe.meta - mp_ghost fuel rod.proj.meta - mp_ghost gun.weap.meta )
26. Congrats! Your Done!

there you go! hope that helped. you should be able to do that and then like swap some meta for the m90 grenade and it'll do the grenade. just like in ut

It hit me the other day of a simple way to add a grenade laucnher to a lets say m16 or ak-47, its gotta lot things to work out, but you can easily swap models in and animation triggers and such for th eplasma pistiol, with a little tweaking of the weapons attributes you can get a simple conversion to have 2 weapons fires in one weapon. Somthing I played around with with some sucess. Just a few areas I never finsihed up with on was elimintaig the charge beam, and a way to make it fire more independantley or somthing rather than holding down the fire button to fire the missle such as in my attempt at this.

god damn everyone in here doesnt even listen to what the guy was asking....he asked if anyone had figured out how to use the blank space injection tool that was included in HMT 3.5. Not how to add a secondary fire. however u can use the bansehe weapons to do so, but u cannot do that with a vehicle and or weapon that has no weapon attached to it already. thats where the injection of blank space comes in...ive been trying to figure it out and have come quite close...i will write a tutorial. look for it soon
