can i skin with paint, lol?

i dont have a good skinning program. i would really appreaciate it if someone would link me to a download for a program for skinning, not much more that 20 megs at most, and simple to download and do

or IF paint works ....

no, paint doesnt cut it. Look around the forums for free skinning progs. THeres tons of post about it.

adobe.com for photoshop trial
Paint Shop Pro will skin too,but i dont have it.

Yes you can
you need convim from the files section it converts .jpg to .dds and a lot more

but i would recco mend getting Paint shop pro fron www.jasac.com or w/e it is if you cant afford Photo Shop that one comes with a plugin and it makes it so much easier
get the trial version

btw how much does Photo Shop cost ive seen it around 600$

paint shop pro is suuUUPPpper easy, cuz most of the stuff you want to put on the hog or w/e it formats the size for you, like the wheels for instance anding new rims.

ok. once you have ur halo skin loaded in psp=photo shop pro,
go to open again and find were ur pictures are (documents/my pictures)
then load that in to psp. then out line the picture and copie it, then go back to ur halo skin out line wut you want on top of that then save. repeat this step as nessesery.
