idea on doors(machines)
I have used HMT to do a PMI with a door but no matter how many doors of the same kind they all open at once and this got me very frustrated but that got me to thinking that this does not happen in SP maps so i was wondering if you do a sp>mp conversion would the doors all open seperately. i would test this out but i have not got a sp>mp to work yet for various reasons and i was wondering if anyone else knows the answer to this

No, they don't. They run off the same machine, you'll have to either: get a different door from SP, or make a new machine and link it to the door.Scarecrow wrote:Um could it be cuz they all work off the same model, PMI multiple models into it and then try it that way.

Ok heres a tutorial-:
Open the map that has the doors you want to extract.
Find the door you want to extract.
Look for a button that says "save meta", right next to it is a checkbox that says "Recursive". Check it.
Now click on "save meta", and choose a location to extract it to.

um...ok hear is what i did because it ant working
1=went into a10
2=went into [mod2]model(pc) and saved "levels\a10\devices\doors\door cryo chamber\door cryo chamber"in the folder i put my maps into.
3=opened blood gulch.
4=insert blank space into meta file
5=listed the meta's name
6=got b****ed at.
7=ask for help
