Analog movement

Post by manipulator »

I own HPC but I never use it for one reason: multiplayer movement controls are analog. I use an XBox controller for it and I can't stand the digital movement. Does anyone think it would be possible to change it so the movement controls are analog?

I know that, but even though I set the movement to the analog stick, it is not analog. It only goes one speed no matter how far I push the stick.

yeah, you're right, man. That really blows that you can't use analog movement in multiplayer, but what's stupid is you CAN use it in single player.

I know where you're coming from, but it's actually a good thing, because it can help to reduce lag and prevent lots of motion exploits. Maybe Gearbox will make a "walk" command available in a future update, though.

Yeah, you're probably right, but what you suggested would also be fine for me. A 2 stage speed rather than just one.
