Halo Frag Editing...

I finally figured out how to get more than 50 kills, so I figured that I would write it out for others who might not know.

It might be a good idea to backup your E:/UDATA/4d530004 folder before you mess with it.

Ok, first you need to download WinHex.

Then, you make a new mulitplayer game on halo and name it whatever you want. Then on your xbox's E:/ go to the "UDATA" folder and then go to the folder that says "4d530004" then search for the folder which has the game that you made in it. (A good way to check is when you open a folder if it has 3 files it is a player, but if it has 2 it is a game). After you determine whether or not it is a game/player you must find out if it is the correct game. Click on blam.lst and open it with WinHex, then look for the name, if it matches your games name that is it!

Now, edit offset 40 on your blam.lst file. Change it to how many frags you want. Now save and exit.


FA = 250 Frags
E1 = 225 Frags
C8 = 200 Frags
AF = 175 Frags
96 = 150 Frags
7D = 125 Frags
64 = 100 Frags
4b = 75 Frags


Now you must open up XSavSig.exe. Find the blam.lst file which you edited, and click apply.

Now just Ftp it back onto your xbox.

could i get banned from xbox live by modding by doing this (would they find out that i messed with anything?)

Well, first off, you can't play Halo on Xbox Live, but if you played anyother game on xbox live, and didn't turn off your modchip you would most likely be banned. My advice to you is either keep you modchip off when you play or, don't play xbox live at all, and play online for free with XBConnect or Kai or Gamespy.....
