i get it all the freikin time, but i wait for 2 mins and it gets back up, its just too many people on the boards talking about some new hype, i posted a post 5 times once , cus it was going SOOO slow and i clicked the button heaps

can anybody give me precise directions to use tool.exe when i go to start>run>cmd command prompt opens then i type in cd D:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition then i hit enter then i type tool.exe and it says this

tool.exe is not recognized as an internal or external command operable program or batch file

can anybody tell me whats that mean or what i did wrong

i tried that to it still doesnt work and comes out with the same answer so what else can i do and if ur wondering why i have D:\ its because i have a partition in my drive the tutorial tells u to type in tool.exe

well, here is waht I do:
scince the folders are big names, you can stop after six letters and do this ~1
For example:
My directory is cd C:\progra~1\micros~4\halocu~1
I have micros~4 because In my program files folder, I have 4 folders starting in microsoft, and Microsoft games is the fourth one. If you still need help, contact me.

ya once i do cd then the system path to halo custom edition what do i do tool.exe or tool doesnt work it it says tool is not a recognized internal or external batch file proccess thing same thing i said in upper posts
