To use this program (for n00bs)
Sorry, Mac users need not apply.
I'm assuming you have basic knowledge on how to use a computer equipped with Windows 98 Second Edition through Windows XP Pro.
1. Get Winrar (www.rarlab.com) much better than Winzip or XP's built-in .zip archive opener.
2. Get the Microsoft .net Framework (google it, ya lazy bums!)
3. Open the .rar file HHT comes in with Winrar.
4. Extract the file anywhere you want
5. Open the program and select a .map file in your Halo directory (C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo\MAPS)
6. Open a section, such as weap (weapons) and pick a gun to mod.
7. Select something in the right-hand window and change it's dependency at the drop-down menu below that box.
8. Save the changes, close HHT and run Halo.
9. Pay me $5 ASAP for teaching you how to install and use Halo Hacker Tools.
Thank you, and have a nice day.

Missing DLL file
I dl'd your tool, but theres one problem,
A required .DLL file, MSCOREE.DLL, was not found.
Hopefully, its because my program is set in the wrong place, but If you know where to find this file, can you post it? thanx.
