Programs for Movie making/Converting

To upload Halo Movies, either Halo PC or Halo Xbox. Movies must be compressed with winrar or zip. Maximum 5MB/minute of video.

Can some1 tell me what progs are yoused fpr movies :?: ? Freeware or shareware pls. And maybe a prog for making big files smaler without loosing quality. Should run on a new Windows XP PC.

use fraps, its the easyest, and use xp, u can use the trial or buy it for like $20
if you see me post, and have no clue who i am, it means i haven't posted in a while
