=EP= Custom Map Contest!

EP is having a HALO CE custom map contest, in which the winner will win a prize of $250 U.S. Myself, Swat and Monoxide C will be judging any entries. All entries are to be submitted on the EP Halo Forums, with a COMPLETED map file and readme with all appropriate info.

The Contest will start on June 1st and End on June 30th. Only maps received during that time period will be accepted. These maps MUST be finals, NO BETAS! Currently existing maps before June 1st WILL NOT BE VALID ENTRIES.

What we will be looking for is:

Originality
Playability
Balance
Strategically minded
Style
Fun Factor

Some other basic rules are:

MUST support all gametypes
NO TUTORIAL MAPS
No Small Maps
No maps based off someone else's work
Entrant MUST have an active Paypal Acct. (or access to one)
EP Members may NOT enter...
All Maps will be evaluated on an EP Private Server
Custom Skins for Vehicles and the MC are encouraged.

In case of a dispute of map ownership, Alpha and beta maps will be used to resolve it.

Please forward ANY questions to the EP Halo forums, as it will be difficult to visit every forum I post this contest on.

EDIT: Wait, can I submit my map to you guys, but then still put it up for download on files.halomods.com? Or is that against the rules?

yeh its obvious they will mostlikely now try and get it in earlier thats the good thing bad thing the reason for tat would be to get more money for the stuff that some o em need donations for new pc and that stuff...... so they will most likely win if they enter.......
