Joke or not.. Stupid fucking posts like that piss me off.. Smarten up. It's bullshit every fucking time the name Canada is mentioned some user has to "jokingly" harass it. And of course it won't be enforced because it was a "joke", but it always is.. And its not funny, it's offensive and bullshit. Why can't someone just say a fucking sentence without having some dumb fuck having to come in and make a Canadian joke.
