Right. So let's say "Nike" drops Phelps. "Addidas" would pick him up in a heartbeat. Especially at the next Olympics when he takes home like 4 more golds.
He's not your average athlete, he's like a guaranteed winner. Dropping Phelps at this point would be like opting out of a superbowl commercial that you already paid for.

Perfect example of how it's just weed. If you can smoke weed and set world records, and from an article I read, people at the party were saying he seemed pretty comfortable with a bong so he has probably done it before, then it can't be that bad. Sure it's against the law, but so was integration at one point. A couple of his major sponsors have already said they don't condone what he did, but that they stand by him.
