My computer's motherboard is faulty, so I called the company, and this is what they had to say.

"This is a problem with the board itself, to get this repaired, you will need to call the Customer Service/RMA line and send it in for repairs."

I guess that's alright, but since this computer is literally 4 days old, I was hoping I could use it, instead of it just sitting around.

The technical support at xbox is garbage. They said they will sent me an e-mail with all the information about sending my console in, 3 days later and still no e-mail.
And it says my repair request is cancled on the repair status page.

Garbage.

There is your problem, for it to be in HD on Youtube, it must be saved at 720p. I usually record all of my videos at 1280x720, and they work fine. See here.
