KMFDM is good. I like them. I was listening to Dream Theater today...seriously, they are extremely good. I also like the song, Godspeed by Anberlin.
Hands down, awesome fucking song - Guernica by Brand New. Disregard the stupid music video.

Have you seen them before? I've never seen RBF (really want to), but I saw Streetlight. Best concert ever, hands down. The sound better live than on CD in my opinion. I can't wait!shadowkhas wrote:Hell yeah. They'll be in Salt Lake around that time too. I'm way excited, because they visit here a lot.mxrider108 wrote:Reel Big Fish and Streetlight Manifesto are playing like 2 blocks from campus at a small(ish) venue on January 17th. Already have tickets.
EDIT: Apparently not. Streetlight said they'll be back, but I can't find any tour dates of RBF's that are in Salt Lake.

Agreed on the Streetlight. They're fantastic. And yeah, I've seen RBF live twice. You'll enjoy their performance, I guarantee it.mxrider108 wrote:Have you seen them before? Got Live 7 and a good M-Audio MIDI keyboard that I just started working with recently.. Now, as some of you know, Guitar has always been my main instrument, but I started out on the keyboard, so I wanted to learn the synth. After getting some serious inspiration from NIN's Ghost album I decided to try my hand at my own little piece. So I programmed some obnoxiously distorted drums into the synth, got a bell tone, and ran with it. It's super rough right now, and the timing is way off in some parts (my processor has a tough time handling the board + effects, so I have to try and manually compensate.
), but I'll try and upload and share with you guys when I retrack it.
