His torso is on a mechanical hinge; try and make the entire pelvis area shift slightly, rather than just having a single piece slide back and forth. Also, he needs more motion in his lower half. It'll make it look more natural.

That's because it is rotating from one point. Sorry, but what you say is probably not gonna happen. Animating so many parts will make things look bad+more work ;p Hurray for robot animations :D

But then again, this animation took very little time. So maybe I could put extra effort in...If I'm bothered.
