WHY, Tool.exe problem

Ok when I try to strcutre, it asks me for a multiple choice to build shader wich i already did my envroment shader with guerilla but this is what it does :

My mom made me delete americas army when I got halo, she didn't want 2 violent games at one :( I was up to level 35 too!

okook, now this isnt about Americas Army, and in AA your mom could jsut set some parent stuff like no blood, MILES only and stuff like that

and in this topic, I am making a bridge level to recreate Bridge Crossing for halo fans.

thats got my level, the level with a bridge location reference, the bare bridge, the middle arch, and the touched up bridge with the arch attached.

the last 5 are the m4 i skinned, and there are 3 that are just there.

NOTE:: This is not an exact replica of the bridge level. It is simpy just to get the feel of the level in Halo. Also notice the sniper spots on the picture. There will be a ladder or something up to it. I'm not sure yet.

ALSO- these are old pictures without textures on the level. the cliffs are the only thing done. The ground is temporary. I did it in paint :P

I'm not at my computer now, so I can't test this out...but it sounds like you have one of 2 problems...
1. You've applied a default material to an object somewhere without changing the name of said material
2. You have an object in the scene that is linked to the frame that has never had a material applied to it.
Try going through and selecting each object in your map to verify that it does have a material applied and is not just a default color

Ok yeah, ill fix that, I didnt made a base becuase when id di it made that open edges error, but that was before the vif tutorial so I amde jsut a box in the air without aaplying material so im going to fix it now then

u didn't compile the bitmap and make the shader
