You know that it actually use to mean, "What's happening," or, "What's going on in your life?"
But ever since I came back to the mainland, I'm the only one who answers, "Nothin' much, you?"
It seems like a greeting equivilant to, "yo."

It is expected, and demanded.Tural wrote:MrMurder, we're going to hold you to that promise.
If you can see each other 2-3 times a week, I don't think that's really a 'long-distance' relationship.Corvette19 wrote:I'm in one now, we don't go to the same school, we see each other maybe 2-3 times a week.Senor_Grunt wrote:Long distance relationship = not working. :[
Just be sure that when yall do meet each other, just make it very special, she will probably stay with you.
Realistically, I'm going to be able to see my girlfriend once per fortnight.
And GTAF, we don't 'Major' in subjects here. We study for one degree, in one subject. Some programming knowledge is assumed at the start of the course.

most people say "whats up" when they cant think of anything else to start a conversation with.
Also Grammar is confusing me, when we say an abbreviation that starts with R (for example Volkswagen r32) most people say An R32 but technically isn't A R32 correct because R isn't a vowel?

Its laundry day and I'm wearing the closest thing to normal pants I have. I'm not the biggest fan of pants and prefur shorts, this includes durring winter. I dont like the feel of fabric from the knee down, not to mention the added weight.
Side note: I haven't worn blue jeans in over 5 years, just dont like them anymore.

I love you too...Tural wrote:First of all, when your post is removed, you do not ever post asking where it went. If you have an issue, contact a staff member. The way to handle a post being removed is not to post again about it, that's redundant.M715ForLife wrote:Wtf? What happened to my post?
My rant is that I didn't get my fucking discount coupons with my Tower Ad-book thingy.

not many of my teachers, the ones that i have asked anyway, knwo if sine has an actual function i.e.:
F(x)=2x+1
means when i want to find the value of x i plug it into 2 * x + 1
however
sin(x) = ?
no has an actual function to substitute x into aside from looking up values in table, or memorizing the values, or interpolating the value from to other values.
also i know
sin(x) = O/H
however that still relies on the sine function of x.

when you pronounce r and spell it like it's own word and not a letter, it is Arr...starting with an a, which is a vowel, hence the reason it is pronounced AN r32 instead of A r32guysullavin wrote:Also Grammar is confusing me, when we say an abbreviation that starts with R (for example Volkswagen r32) most people say An R32 but technically isn't A R32 correct because R isn't a vowel?

not completely sure if that is gramatically correct, but it makes it easier to say so that's how people say it

So like, what are you trying to find here? I'm confused as to the desired goal.CompKronos wrote:not many of my teachers, the ones that i have asked anyway, knwo if sine has an actual function i.e.:
