The guy lives around the corner from me he could just watch me go home one day it doesn't matter if he knows where I lived or not.

In all honesty I did nothing to this guy, literally he picked me out because he sees me so often, I'm assuming he has anger issues. If he doesn't like how I look then he can go screw himself because I'm going to be me, and not some preppy douche.

I actually did start laughing when he mentioned his cousin "kicking my ass" then when I was walking away he fallowed me for a good 100 more feet.

I'm filing a police report, because if this guy does anything (which he wont) i'm going to use the American justice system to take away his kids, home, valuables and turn his life into a living hell.

Meh, he 's probably some kinda tourettes. I had a similer experiance to this, sept the dude came to me front door and said he's gonna kick my *** the next day =/. Yeah, its a good thing you called your local police,
they'll shoot the fucker if need be. ( I don't know if they would or not )

It's the suburbs. If the police responded they wouldn't be able to identify the body, the police here haven't had something to shoot at in a while....

Really don't feel like reading any of the probably dumb solutions already posted in this thread, though I'm sure there are some good ones.

If you're under 18, you've got nothing to worry about. He won't touch you, and if he does, he is fucked for so long. He won't get a 16 year old to kick your ass, because why the hell would that kid randomly fight you anyways?

If you're over 18, then let it be. This guy sounds like such a talker, he probably wouldn't try anything. And if he ever did, just kick his ass. Seriously. 40 is way past prime.

get a video camera and have your friend hide somewhere where he can het the conversation on tape and carry a tape recorder on ya under ur shirt or on your shirt and get it all on tape if you do that you have hard evidence and can sue him for mental distress and verbal assault and have him arrested, if you do too could i get a copy of both i would love to watch/hear it!
