LOL...

So how did you deal with that message?
Also, I feel like ranting about ribs. Not just any kind of ribs, but my ribs in fact. One of them is kind of 'loose' as in not correctly connected to the spinal cord :(

I'll be seeing a kinesist later today.

Wow, I just had an amazing 'cracking' session :)

I had to lay in the weirdest positions, stuff cracked, but it's all good.
I should be patched up in a few weeks.

As for how this happened:

Well, I first had this problem about half a year ago. I was running to catch my train and apparently my heavily loaded bookcase was banging on my back so hard, that my rib somehow jumped out of it's place.

I'm just amazed how the medical world has figured out the human body =o

I have metal rods in my back, attatched to my spine. And I fell out of bed today, and landed my back on this tiny half chair thing, and now its acting up, and it kinda hurts a helluva lot. :?

Probably a spinal condition.

Do you even notice them there?

Yeah you seem to be confused, that's not MLG.

Every morning when I get ready to walk out the door to get in the car for school, my stomach starts to hurt. (Like I have to take a shit, hurting.)

I don't take shits anywhere else but at home, so I have to hold it everyday and around lunch time, it gets bad.

Anyways, when I get home, I don't even feel like I have to go anymore.

So, I'm assuming that it's a nervousness thing, but at the same time, I'm not nervous. :|

No, I don't. But, my stomach is like on fire. Like if you drink a bunch of red wine / red rum. So, during lunch, I drink milk and it somewhat helps the burning.

Also, I don't eat before school, if that makes a difference. And I don't have enough Fiber.

Listen to yo' mama when she say at you breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

When you're sleeping, that's a minimum (unless you have some weird eating or sleeping habits) of 8 hours without food, and it's usually way more since most people I know either don't eat anything after dinner or just have a snack of some sort. If you were to go eight hours without food at any other time of the day, your stomach would probably start hurting then too. When you eat breakfast, you are literally breaking a fast. Treat it as such.

Also eat your fiber.
