Was this by any chance a legal copy of Windows Vista, that for some strange reason after installing a program/reformatting/or installing new hardware must be re-activated again?iGeo wrote:Turns out Windows not being Activated just bugs you when you log in, and changes your wallpaper to a black screen. Cool.
I had the same problem, it keeps giving you the you have 3 days to activate thing and your regular cd-key wont work.
Just call Microsoft tech support say ever since you updated Windows/Hardware/Installed a program, you've had this problem, they will ask for a activation code which is in the control panel (forget where) and give you a new cd-key which can be used to re-activate Windows
Well, there isn't too much difference between 2.0 and 1.1.4 jailbreaking. Like so far things like NES and customise have been ported. Its just cool to have on the new firmware though.iGeo wrote:Whaaaat?ScottyGEE wrote:Just jailbroke my iPud 2.0
Did I miss something.
I haven't been checking the iPod modding scene for a while.
Also it comes with a replacement of installer...Called cydia.
Yeah I wasn't sure if you knew by the way you said it.ScottyGEE wrote:I don't. Its just that cydia works on 2.0 and installer doesn't. I hadn't used it until then.-DeToX- wrote:Err.. Incase you think thats new, that's been around for a while. I love Cydia =)ScottyGEE wrote:Also it comes with a replacement of installer...Called cydia.
Shame though, I like Cydia more, but I have most of my sources my installer.
I also never found a reason to upgrade past my 1.1.3 on my phone. 2.0 doesn't have any great features from what I have been told that would result in me changing.

Yeah 2.0 isn't really like a step up (in a way its a step down less great applications). I upgraded with the notion that pro developers (rather than hackers) with sdk tool would be able to make beautiful apps if jailbreaking was anything to go by. But I find that so many apps are of no use or just crash all the time. But now that its jailbroken its slowly getting back to how I had it before

I find the Mojave experiment funny. Not so much that people liked it but how damn strong the anti-Vista publicity was.

MLG goes to Comic-Con, and meets a black guy with a horribly wrong face...

That reminds me, I got the Crocodile Dundee Trilogy the other day. Those are awesome films, may have to watch them.
So it's not worth me upgrading to 2.0?
I can't be bothered with the hassle anyway.
EDIT: Wow, I didn't realise the extent to which you can theme Windows XP without any additional software. This is awesome. That's the one thing that's stopped me theming my OS, the need for bloated software.
