any idea where that flag is? XD i want to see if i can get the security helmet in a cut scene.

I don't think that would work Turk, the security helmet would probably have to be in the map file.

That wouldnt make sense in my opinion.
That would mean the perms for all 13 would need to be in every multiplayer map including any that get released in the future which would increase file size.

Not necessarily, shared.map stores all kinds of tags which can be called upon from any map file on the fly. Storing the files externally like this reduces file sizes of the maps too, since there's no need to store every necessary tag in each map file.

And for anyone that needs to play catch up, the issue is that they're not referenced by the map file. Which would require modification of the actual map file(not possible on retail).
