Call to the community for rebuilding help!

Post by Twinreaper »

Many of you may know me, many may not. I am currently looking into why certain maps do not rebuild under h2core. One bsp in particular has come close to rebuild but entity does not want to load the map. The bsp i am refering to is Sentinel_hq_4. It appears that if you load the bsp tag under H2Guerilla, you will find a reflexive section entitled "bsp scenery pallette". If you delete this reflexive all together, or just one of the values, H2Core will rebuild the map completely without throwing a "raw bsp scenery error". The only problem is, when you do any of the 2 to rebuild the map, Entity will no longer recognize the bsp properly and give you a "non negative" or "null" error. I am asking anyone in the comunity who has a knowledge of chunks or reflexive values to take a look at this and find a way to get it working. I have already contacted Xodia for some help with plugin values to see if that end of it will help. There are so many good bsp's that are impossible to convert, and this could help respark some good bsp mods.
WOW! Three years here, and I still haven't released any of my mods

That is the only BSP that I could not get to rebuild correctly so far. i think it may just be H2 Core. We need a new map rebuilder. H2 Core & Guerilla are just too buggy
