I was at a sleepover once, and I could hear other people talking and understood them, but it was in a different setting. Is that what you mean?Philly wrote:I have this weird thing when I go to sleep sometimes. It usually happens in the summer, in states of semi-awakeness. It is quite hard to describe, but it is sort of a vision, where simple things happen that are either small and proper, or large and improper. It's almost like a pinball table or something, but I can't really see what's going on, rather, I can feel it. Very odd indeed.

Why do you play that bump everyday? And I really don't get some of their bumps... do they all say [AS] somewhere..? because I can only find it in a few of them.CabooseJr wrote:I can crack my wrist on demand and I play this bump everynight I wish [AS] didn't take that bump off.
Whenever I hit any booters or big(ger) rails on my snowboard, I always run my tongue across all my teeth first... just to try to remember what they feel like in case something should go wrong heh.

when in a car, i pick a dot on the mirror and try to move my head up and down to make it move up and down, thus avoiding collisions with trees, poles, cars, people, or buildings....
i sing alot...
i always tap my foot or bang on the desks at school with knuckles, pens, or feet until the teacher tells me to stop..

I do that too. Also, I used to tend to do things...symmetrically, as in if I would do something on the right side of whatever, I would have to do the same thing on the left, if anyone gets what I'm saying. It wasn't superstition, just strange behavior.HPDarkness1 wrote:I've played so many computer games, and played the piano so much, that sometimes during class I find myself tapping the desk. I never drink out of glass cups. I get scared. >.>

I break things, literally, I cannot stop my hands from moving things, I break paper, write on stuff, bend things, toy with random objects...
Its really weird and I can't seem to grow out of it...
I've gotten around 3 of these, I open my eyes I am fully conscience after I fell asleep and I cannot talk nor move so I panic and try to yell but I can't seem to move or speak or do anything but see...
its by far the most frightening experience I could have...Also I'm starting to have lucid dreams THEY'RE AWESOME

When I touch or scratch a part of my body, I have to touch or scratch its corresponding part on the other half of my body. Like if I scratch my right arm, I have to scratch the same place on my left arm even if it doesn't itch. Also, if I move my rolly chair forward and one armrest hits my desk by accident, I get really annoyed and then I move my rolly chair forward again a bunch of times so that both armrests hit the desk at the exact same time.

I don't really do these anymore, but awhile ago, I use to translate everything I said in English, to Spanish. For instance, I'd say, "Hey, what's up?" and in my mind, I would hear, "Hola, que pasa?" And this, unfortunately, was an involuntary reaction. It got pretty annoying.
When I was really young, I use to count the letters of things that I said. In my mind, not out loud. For instance, if I said the world alphabet, I'd spell the word to figure out how many letters it had, and I'd always be looking for words that had a lot of letters. Once again, involuntary reaction in my mind.
And this morning, whenever I'd be thinking, I would "type" in my mind the thoughts I was thinking. Like, I wouldn't make the motions, but I could see my hands in my head typing the words out. It was a bit unusual. And thankfully, I'm not doing it anymore.
To me, it appears as though it's my brain that picks up the random habits.
Oh, and also, I sat through the sorta' prayer service thing, and the guy in front of me had a hair on the back of his blazer. It was making me mad, I really wanted to take the hair off, because it was bugging me, but I didn't want to because then the guy would be like, "wtf are you doing?"

It is expected, and demanded.Tural wrote:MrMurder, we're going to hold you to that promise.
