I'm off to head to Orange County and attend The Art Institute of O.C, I'm doing some core classes in the Art Institute of Ft Lauderdale, but the credits I earn here are transferable between the two, The cool thing is that Render Artist Jean-Luc is going to be attending the same college and by sheer dumb luck we both have the same minor and major, major being Animation and minor being game art and design. I thought that was pretty awesome, so I'm very much so excited about meeting Jean-Luc in person and becoming even better friends then we already are.
to everyone still to have their senior year, you want to go through it without regrets. there's things i already regret not doing, so just do stuff/have fun.

ASPARTAME: in your diet soda and artificial sweeteners. also, it's obviously completely safe. it's not like it will cause tumors or anything. >.>

Just fyi for all the people about to attend college. Really, really, really, pay attention to details. Study your meal plans, get books now!, and other things. I wasted alot of money my first year of college on stuff that could have been prevented. Also, considering everyone here plays xbox, i wouldnt suggest, if your living on campus, bringing it to your dorm. People steal your games, break into your room and play when your not there. Unless you know your roomate well, I wouldnt suggest doing it. Besides, college internet isnt that great for xbox live anyways. But, seriously, research your schools, you may not even need a computer. Most colleges have computer labs with printers and such. You may not need a printer or a computer at all. (Ya rite, this is halomods but thats not the point)
Also, for commuters, try to get your classes scheduled on 2 or 3 days during the week. That way, you dont need to drive out there everyday and waste gas. Another advantage of being at home, is possibly living close to your job, that way you can work a little if you need to. Anways, just some suggestions. I made quite a few mistakes my first year, just thought I would help out. Most important of all: Dont substitute school work for drinking, puking and getting into car accidents drunk is not what college is suppose to be, atleast in my opinion.

Class of 08 baby, I graduate today(It's 1:17AM). A sweet senior shirt somebody came up with this year was:
Front:
Yeah we're seniors and we don't even know our BAC's
Back:
We've reached our limit

If your referring to the drinking part, I dont care if you drink, drinking just isnt for me. One semester of partying was enough. Brought my gpa up 10 points the second semester by not partying. Specially when I go to a very tough school, not those state schools.Pyroman wrote:Thanks Captain Buzzkill.

You all make me feel old...
Class of '07 FTW
I'm going to Full Sail University to study computer animation. This time of the year is nothing special for me because I go to school year round.
Only another year and a half left of college! Woot.
