Hi,
I've only got HaloPC Trial on my computer and I've created a few mods before and they were okay I guess.
I could see the effects on my own computer, but if I wanted my roommates to join in on the same fun I was having I'd have to give them copies of the modified bloodgulch.map file.
My question is that I've heard there are mods out there where anyone connecting to the mod doesn't need to download the modded file, but instead the changes are transferred when you connect to that particular game or whatever.
What I'd like to see done is something familiar to what I described above (basically a system where you don't have to download modded files to get the effects). If this has already been done, please, PLEASE let me know how this is done or if its an error on my part.
Whatever the case its a royal pain in the ass to have to post files or send them to friends just to play a mod together.
Thanks for any replies.

I don't think so ...
The problem is that when I've made a change to my map (say the sniper rifle shoots out MC's) when anyone shoots I see the effects (more MC's), but anyone else playing just see the regular effect (just the projectile with the contrail).
What I want is for them to be able to see MC's shoot out of the sniper rifle, but I don't want whoever is going to join my game to have to download my mod (ie: I want the changes to be made when they join the game).
Does that make it more clear?
Thanks
