Iron Man.
Most overrated movie ever. It's by no means bad, but I after watching it I couldn't help but wonder where the movie was. Normally I'm a guy who says "screw the story, I like a good action movie!" except in this case most of the movie was people talking and hardly any fighting. Iron Man barely fought anybody the entire movie. He talked and did a few experiments. He spent 30 minutes building the suit, then spent 5 minutes of screen time blowing himself up. another 30 minutes of building another suit, 30 minutes of talking to his secretary, and 5 minutes of a boss fight at the end, which was rather miserable.
It wasn't bad, but it seemed like it was the first half of a movie and the second half didn't exist. A sequel to this could be good, but even prequels have some sense of movie to them, this one didn't really do it for me.

Just cause it's the first one.Kirk wrote:Iron Man.

I've noticed all first super hero movies have more story to them than action, because they have to introduce how he became iron man, how he learned to use his powers, who everyone is, etc.

So just because it's the first in a series exempts it from being good?JK-47 wrote:Just cause it's the first one.Kirk wrote:[...]

"Well it's going to be good, so let's rate it high!"

I'm just saying it's a pattern all super hero movies share. The first ones always have more story than action.

Shit that sucks...What of?

Early this spring...a little birdie decided to build a nest in the tree by my cell window. It had a beautiful tune...it sang and built its nest, it brought me great joy when I awoke in the morning.

Then about 3 days or so ago, this big (Huge) black Crow/Raven thing came and attacked my little birdie friend. The Birdie fought with all its heart...you could hear the commotion many away.
...and well... >_>
Nature is so cruel.

Edit: Ninja Gaiden II to be the last.
