Havok being released?

A few weeks ago I swear I remember reading on these forums that the halo 2 version of the havok engine was being released to the public in (I think) May, which would allow us to make custom map geometry finally. Is this true? I wasn't able to find any more information on it.

Bungie uses Havok but the build they use is completely modified for there content system and engine. The release engine isn't the same in a lot of ways.
