You should have two numbers from -10 to 10 each

Economic (Left / Right):
Negative = socialist / communistic (Liberal)
Positive = capitalistic (Conservative)

Social (Up / Down):
Negative = more civil and political freedoms (Libertarian)
Positive = freedoms more restricted (Authoritarian)
