All you have to do is open the dds file and convert it to jpg, then you can open it with paint, and when you are done, convert it back, its that easy

I actually remember using this program before I left Halomods for a while. I was never a good skinner, however, so i don't remember much about it.

DXTBmp will exprt the alpha into a program you choose for editing.
