Use Halo2SoundTools obtainable from the Utilities section.

Well, I can lead you in the correct path. You need a Windows XP version of sound recorder for this. Windows XP has it pre installed, but the Vista version doesn't work this way.(If you don't have it, PM me.)

Download you custom sound, but it MUST be in .wav format. If it isn't, use some sort of audio converter.

Open up your custom sound in sound recorder.

Go to "File", "Save As", and you should see a button at the button at the button that says "Change." Click that and change it's format to a XBAPCM Mono or Stereo format. Check and see what the Battle Rifle sound format is in Sound Tools.

Once you save it, just inject it.

Let me know if you need anymore help. :D
