Fixing FTP Transfering?

Post by Thrasher Alpha »

Well, I'm trying to transfer some maps from a map pack, and about 10 of them wont transfer. They stop in the middle, it sais it is already there which it wasn't, and it stops, tries again, then gives up and I'm left with a corrupt half file. Whats wrong? Ive tried restarting computer, xbox, ftp, what else?

I get that sometimes. Just try FTP'ing them one at a time rather than trying to upload all of them at one time. That's what I do and it works, if it doesn't for you then I dunno what to say, someone else may have better advice.

Where would you get that idea? It has nothing to do with the program.

delete the ones that are transfered halfway. then rename the maps on your computer to something else. try transferring them then. after they're on your xbox just change the names back. it works for me
