Can't open bitmaps

I get this error every time I try to open a bitmap...

It was working just fine, then I closed it out for a bit, and when I tried to use it again, it gave me this error. I've been on the internet looking for a way to solve this, but I have no luck so far. Anyone know what this is?

If all else fails...reinstall.

I sure hope you have the .DDS Plugin for photoshop if not..

Yeah, I'm not dumb :p

I read somewhere that it's just an error in photoshop where it spazzes out and doesn't read the plugin properly. I just have to delete it and re-download it.
