Don't forget the cosecant, secant, and cotangent.

Which brings me to a rant... why is cosecant related to sin, instead of cosine...

Pfft, angles are easy. I don't like integrals and derivatives. Simple, but tedious, because our teacher requires us to show every single step, even if all we do is simplify some things in the equation.

Derivative of sin is cosine, derivative of cosine is -sin. They are related.

Well, I knew that they were related, but like, how, cosecant = 1/sin, instead of 1/cosine.

It would just seem so much simpler to understand.

Math is a subject, maths is when you have multiple math problems. That's how I understand it. How does a plural word apply to a singular subject? :/

Ugh. Was sanding down a valve cover, and I got short-term (hopefully) carpal tunnel-like stuff in my wrist. Typing with one hand is slow. Going to get off ze comp and take a nap, probably.

I'm stuck in this one cave and the exit is blocked with like 50 geth soldiers. I've tried it like 30 times now, it's really starting to tick me off.

EDIT: FINALLY jeesh... I feel like I'm getting a little more used to the strategies involved in playing Hardcore.. I still have another playthrough or two after this to complete Insanity and another on like, easy for other misc achievements, so heh, I have a ways to go.
