I'm looking into a laptop with decent specs under 1 grand that would have linux and a linux compatible wireless card (host AP). I don't care if it has 512mb of ram or an integrated graphics, I'm using this for srs bzns not gaming. Pwease halp

Well since you're srs about your bznz, you can get a lot of bang for your buck with a cheap Refurbished Dell Inspiron.

I remember when they first announced it at $150. It's gone up almost $200 for the low-end model. Still, a decent laptop, a bit much for what I could get at that price range.
