I'm stopping my internet addiction right here, I'm going to try not to come back to modding or to this website, some people may know why but I feel really fucked over, they think other wise but it really doesn't matter anymore...
I need to stop my addiction to this website and concentrate on being a better student and apparently a better person. Funny how a good friend and my own mother told me this, I don't know what the fuck to do...
Bye, and only one person might care why I left but what importance is it anyways...

In fact, I was fine aside from swelling/not being able to eat solid food...like I walked out of the hospital (my sisters/friends that had it done had to be taken out to the car on a stretcher or something) and was doing normal things all day...but this was during the summer, I can't imagine it'd be fun during school.Philly wrote: When you wake up, there'll be loads of your own blood on your pillow.
I'm back, and It was 100x better than I expected. I got there at 11AM (the appointment time). Apparently this other dude there has some complication or something so I ended up waiting 2 and a half hours, just sitting there on the bed. Little less than halfway through that they came in and stuck an IV in my arm (which, I admit, was nothing. Barely felt it. My fear of IVs is gone now). They had me on a sugar water thing for awhile. I sat there so long I ended up having to go to the bathroom, so I walked to the bathroom holding the IV bag. Blood started to come out of my arm and went a ways up the IV tube, which was a bit disconcerting. I went back in and they got it to go back in.
Hour or so later, they came in, stuck a needle in the IV and injected the thing that made me go bye bye. I did not even notice I fell asleep, and didn't fell any sort of oddities just before I went away after the injection. I woke up like I would any day after waking up from sleep. They made me go in a wheel chair, but as soon as I got to the car I got up and it was pretty normal after that. Was a little bit disoriented, but that passed as soon as I got out of the car at the store and walked around for a bit.
Went into the store and bought Rock Band.
Great success.

Just make sure you keep up with the shit the doctor told you...then again, shit can still happen even if you do.
I healed too fast, so there was this like, pool of blood concealed by my gums or some weird shit...so I went back in to the doctor to ask about it, and he basically had to re-cut my gums back open so they could drain and heal more (I did not leave anything out, there was no anesthetization for that). Shit sucked.

Hmm.. I don't remember what the doctor told me. I'll have to ask my mother.GametagAeonFlux wrote:Just make sure you keep up with the **** the doctor told you...then again, **** can still happen even if you do.

EDIT: Ah yeah, my mom got a paper on post-surgery crap. I guess I'll do it.

GTAF is right. Follow those post-surgery procedures very closely. If you get an infection or don't heal right etc. it can affect you for years. Just do it properly and get it over with.Kirk wrote:Hmm.. I don't remember what the doctor told me. I previewed that particular word several times with different spellings; I thought it wasn't censored, sorry.
