issue with building subclusters

hey guys, I'm in the process of finishing a level I've been working on for quite some time. Unfortunately, tool isn't cooperating with my model all that well. I've imported the WRL and fixed every error in the map, just to be sure it was perfect. Still, I receive an error right after it says "building subclusters". here is what I'm talking about:

any information you have that would help me fix this problem would be greatly appreciated. maybe its an easier fix than I am aware of. Thanks

this is in tool while i'm compiling the map. it pops up right after it says "building subclusters..." and ends the process of building the scenario.
