how to change Water color?

can someone explain to me or give me a link on how to change the color of Water?... (Tombstone Water to Red(bloody color))

EDIT:
yea um i got that plug in but i still am unsure of what to change...
again im trying to change the Tombstone water To bloody red... someone please help

I believe that you can edit water color with xzodia's sbsp plugin?
