If you wanna take your programming elsewhere, plese help me get my new forum started =D

*i am not trying to 'steal' people from halomods, i just want some people to help me start my community*

I joined, and was going to upload a calculator(an application, VB05 made one), but the .exe file extension isn't permitted.
