i agree, the part with the stars on it does not look very smooth. try smoothing it out more, also try using sites like http://www.imageshack.us for image host and not this site. good first attempt.

This isn't a topic to discuss why you hate America.

The skin is ok, but it's kind of sloppy. I can see edges with more brushing than others, so it isn't equal. If you decide to work on it more, in Photoshop (or whichever program), try selecting the area you are working on with the marquee tool so you don't have to worry about drawing off into other areas. That way it will look clean.

Other than that, it looks good. 7/10

if you are in photoshop you could try to use the blur or clone tools to fill in those areas.

why? isnt that what attaching files is for? it lets you have an extreme amount of space to attach stuff.
