This was awhile ago when I checked, but I found it so humerous it stuck with me...I just checked and the price is: $147.50...Which I count as overpriced.

Its: Dell 1GB DDR2 667MHz / PC2-5300 SDRAM Notebook Memory for Inspiron

eBay is much cheaper :)

DDR2 is always expensive. I think mines up to around 47 bucks a gig.

Wha? Not mine....when I bought my RAM a year ago, it was $80 for 1 GB. Now I got 2 GB for $40.

There are still places that charge that much for DDR2.

You guys and your DDR2, I have RDRAM. Though, RDRAM is pretty fast. I guess it's why my Uncle bought it ~6 years ago.

Last time I checked it was ~$600 for 1gb.
