New Map, Recruiting people, please read
I came up with this idea in school, and i though, when i play a map, no one ever gets in the vehicals, why? because they get blown up to easy, here is an idea, what if there is a map with vehicals only? I got it! how about a Star trek theme map?, but i need help making the char's, wepons, ships, and stuff like that, i would do it my self, but i can't work the programs, so i need someone that can model, someone that can use paint shop, someone that is good with scrips, some one that is good with movies (just 2) and someone that is good with effects. I can work the tags.

And this should also be moved to the project recruitment section

You shouldn't be talking.ICE-HAWK wrote:no wonder everybody hates canadian ppl

Ok, first, this should be in the recruitments section, as previously stated.
Second, not a lot of people are going to want to help if you cant, or suck, at many programs. By tags, you mean HMT simple projectile swapping?

Kudos charts:
shadowkhas has: 15. DarkShallFall has: 70. ScottyGEE has: 60. Tural has: 25.
i mean i can work with the tags, like GORILLA, you know, the program that makes the tags and the whole thing that needs work, and the population, i just can't work the art program and my computer freaks out about 3DS max and won't run it properly. and BTW ICE-HAWK i am not from Canada, you shouldn't make critical judgments so fast. and i have already moved my recruitment to project recruitment,

He was talking about me. Anyways, well, the truth is, you have to do something as a leader, if you don't do anything, it means your not part of the team.Syco64 wrote:i mean i can work with the tags, like GORILLA, you know, the program that makes the tags and the whole thing that needs work, and the population, i just can't work the art program and my computer freaks out about 3DS max and won't run it properly. and BTW ICE-HAWK i am not from Canada, you shouldn't make critical judgments so fast. and i have already moved my recruitment to project recruitment,
I have tags planned out, i have pics of what i want, the only thing that i am messing is more pics, like i am missing the Klingon's base, some weapons, some, i am having the most problems with the Klingon stuff, but that will be slowly worked out as soon as i can make some pics of a general idea of what i want or i can get my friend that is good with art to do it and just scan it and give him credit, alot of the stuff is balanced except for a little "Easter egg" that i am putting in the map, i have just about every thing worked out, the Paint shop guys will need a head start to get the pics worked up, so that the modelers can do there work, after that, i make the tags, slap every thing together, give the credits that no one ever reads, thank Bungie, and star trek, stuff like that, i got a lot of it worked out.

...stop arguing before this starts a flamefest because there are plenty of Canadians on this forum.
Crytic has a valid point by saying that you need to contribute too to a mod project, other than being a leader.
And Crytic, Syco has his plan and he knows how to edit tags and such, so I'm sure he will contribute.

Well in space you can't really tell motion unless you compare it to a very nearby moving object (another spaceship perhaps?). So I don't think this matters.
For example. planets don't move in the sky from far away unless you stare at them for hours.
You could make the scenery (stars and planets) rotate rather than your vehicle because you wanted a space theme map.
