Whoa! Nice. Thanks. Damn, my cousin's RAM is 512MB and only DDR. And only 200 MHz!? Holy shit! BTW, I got some pics of the inside of the case, but not the outside

EDIT: Gah! So it shows me the model number, but not the manufacturer. I got 2 manufacturers of the motherboard on newegg, but neither are the exact mobo my cousin has. I think I'll open it back up and see if I can find the manufacturer name on it without taking it out and looking on the back.

Oh. Never heard of them. Well, I found the mobo on newegg and selected some parts, could someone see if they're all compatible real quick?
Video Card (should game pretty well)
CPU (I'm not so sure about this because it's not socket 754, but there was no search filter for that socket soo...)
And for the memory, here is what CPU-Z displayed for the memory my cousin already has (only one of the two slots is occupied):

And so I chose this memory, since it's the same brand and all.
EDIT: Oh yeah, I got that camera back for a while. Here's that case.
You can't see because of the flash but that clear little jewel thing on the front glows blue:

Rear fan with flash:

And without flash:

Small tip. If the repair takes time, like needs to be checked every once and a while, never give the customer instructions on how to do it. They almost always fuck it up and blame you if they break it further. Always set up repair dates on such occasions. and charge hourly. Doesn't mean set up Gypsy jobs, but still, crunch them for the cash.

Hm, then I guess I'll have to find a different CPU. But there's no 754 socket option on the search filter on newegg! So how do I find one? Oh yeah and now his crappy integrated RealTek audio isn't working at all. WTF, this motherboard sucks so many balls. Did I mention it only supports up to 2GB of 400MHz DDR RAM?

New Mobo -> New Socket -> New Processor -> Supports More RAM -> Perfect Sound Card Integrated

...left for good

Yeah, we rolled back the drivers and now the sound works. But buying a new mobo along with a new proc, RAM and video card would be almost as worth it as buying a new friggin computer anyway. Plus they are not tech savvy and since I live 3 or 4 states away from them I couldn't help them install the thing even if they did blow a bunch of money on it.
