Or maybe you're just bad?DrXThirst wrote:Bungie fails.
I won 10 games in a row on my level 49. Then, I lost 2 games in a row.
Next, I won 6 games in a row.
Then, I lost 2 more.
I will never go up. Ever.
Bungie flat out said that when a situation like that occurs, its because you haven't proven yourself, individually, against proper skill levels, that you deserve a higher rank.
Get better.
Ranking algorithms are going to prove more consistent than your bad-shot.
I take back my happiness. What started as progress has turned into "erm, I can't think of a way to change it" >=( Problem is:
a) I can't move the colour palette (since its all script based, I' don't know how yet)
b) clicking outside the bounds of the pallette force the colour to be black, despite the code trying to make it do otherwise.
So really, the full spectrum colour might be hard to do unless I can find some proper documentation on it...
That, or I just don't implement it.

So, I guess getting MVP 6 out of 10 games doesn't count?Veegie wrote:Or maybe you're just bad?

Stupid ass people.
First of all, they can't sue on the grounds that Live didn't work for them, because Live, as a service, is working. So any time I have a technical error, I need to sue the company, rather than contact support? I see. I should unplug my ethernet cable, then sue Microsoft because I can't connect. They're also suing assuming the outage was due to the amount of people online, which has not been stated. Every part of this is flawed. I can't even fathom how they think they can win such a frivolous case. On top of all of this, Microsoft never guarantees, anywhere in terms of service, uninterrupted use of the service. They're suing for something not promised to them. Quick, someone sue me for not giving you a cookie, even though I never said I would.
Good fucking job, stupid ass people.

I think the issue is that there are better sources. The idiots want to talk about Halo, they go to the first-party site, Bungie.net. Experienced users are aware of this issue, and are more likely to find an advanced community, devoid of such overwhelming idiocy. You'll find the same issues occurring on the Xbox.com forums.
It's a sad truth, and I think that it really shouldn't be that way. Personally, I believe that the disease of idiocy is a curable one. With a relatively small push, some of the most blithering imbeciles can clean up their act, use punctuation, and state a valid point.Tural wrote:I think the issue is that there are better sources. We just need a lot people to push... A whole lot.

You do realize that many sit-ups is harmful to your body, right? Did you even read up before you did them or did you just think "o dis werks abz so if i do lots i get 6 pak rite away here i gooooooooo"? Your abdominal muscles are just like every other muscle in your body, and you should never do 322 repetitions of any exercise on any muscle, weighted or not.Senor_Grunt wrote:Just finished 322 sit-ups. It hurts to digest things, and move. :/

I've been doing a lot like that for as long as I can remember, even when I wasn't home-schooled, in weightlifting at my old school, our 'teacher' told us to do as many sit-ups as possible, I did about 210. He didn't say anything. Oh well, I'll just do 50 every day then.

Kudos charts:
